Creativity is an important part of human life: It brings us joy, enhances our lives, generates our livelihoods and can even help us survive. And many of us realize how important creativity is, but in today’s tech-centered, profit-driven age, we often get too hung up on the details and numbers to let those creative juices flow.

The infographic below shows the state of creativity in five developed countries, including the U.S. The first two stats are from a 2012 Adobe® global benchmark study, and the last is from www.creatingminds.org, a website devoted to inspiring creative thinking.

I think these stats illustrate our need to make creativity a habit in our daily work. It will improve the quality of our lives and maybe even make us a little more prosperous!

First of all, researchers believe that all human beings are naturally creative, and there is no conclusive evidence that some people are inherently more creative than others.
